Many with Borderline Personality unconsciously choose not to make choices. Untreated they lack the ability and emotional intelligence to take personal responsibility. Any codependent allowing a pw/BPD to transfer "authority" to them who does for a Borderline what they need to learn to do for themselves needs to get into their own healing and recovery.
