Onion (Chopped) – 1 Large
Tomatoes ( Sliced) – 2 Medium
Green Chillies – 5 to 6
Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tbsp.
Black Peppercorns – 7 to 8
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Green Cardamom – 1
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Bay Leaves – 1
Water – 2 Cups
Oil - 3/4 Cup
Cloves – 2
Salt – 1 tsp
