Smoked Pork Butt | SMOBOT Temp Controller Review

This is a review of the SMOBOT WiFi Temp Controller on my Kamado Joe. I do an unboxing, show how to connect it to your Kamado, and set it up. I cook Smoked Pork Butt using KosmosQ rub and MojoBricks Mapple wood for smoke flavor.

Advantages of using SMOBOT:
It uses no fan, so your grill breathes the way it was designed to.
Has WiFi enabled cloud monitoring.
Is low power consumption, and is great for battery operation.
Note: Temperature alerts are going to be implemented in mysmobot (dashboard) soon, and that mobile apps should be coming out in a couple of months.
