There is so much speculation online about what people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder feel or don't feel. As I've listened to clients describe it over the years its really much more all about EGO and not at all about heart-felt anything. Narcissists do not feel what the rest of us feel. If they did what would be their huge grandiose entitlement to feel so special?
