Narcissists, overt but even more hard to recognize, the covert narcissist - all narcissists triangulate. Why do they do this? How does it benefit them? It makes them feel powerful and it gets them so much more supply. It's a calculated rich source of control, manipulation and keeping others in conflict or separate so that the narcissist can "be right" "be the hero" (especially the covert narcissist). This often in the covert narcissist flies under the radar and those closest to him or her do not pick up on what is actually happening to them.
