Support and a reminder for those, who like myself, have, or are now or need to keep working to going no contact from "Mothers" who are Cluster B personality Disordered and perpetrate Narcissistic Abuse. You can't love a mother who never loved you. You can't continue to take that "mother's" abuse. You are far too worthy of so much more and far more precious than you could have ever known with a cluster b personality disorder "mother". Love yourself enough. The journey is not easy, but it will continue to get easier. You will, in time, if you aren't yet, be able to enjoy new found self-loving freedom when you become your own loving mother for that so deserving inner child - the child that you were you was just not loved.
