Brisket Wrap Test | Which has Best Flavor?

Brisket Wrap Test | Which Brisket has the best flavor? Wrapped with foil, butcher paper, or naked? I smoke 3 briskets and have 4 YouTube guests to provide our answer!!! Briskets were smoked at 225F on my Yoder Wichita using Pecan Wood. All briskets were USDA Prime and 9-10 pounds.

1 Cup Kosher Salt
1 1/2 Cups Course Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Times and Conclusions:

Foil Wrapped Brisket smoked 9 hours (Very Juicy/Not much Smoke)
Butcher Paper Wrapped smoked 10 hours (Some Smoke/Med Juicy
Naked Brisket smoked 11 hours (Most Smoke/Least Juicy)
