Car Thief Thinks She's Entitled to Steal

On January 26th, 2023, An Officer was dispatched in reference to a car theft in progress. The officer quickly parked his vehicle behind the said car to ensure she couldn’t escape. While on their way to the jail, the lady confessed that she had urinated in her pants and started talking rubbish. The female was charged with vehicle prowl and resisting arrest.
