Texas Caviar - Tailgating Food

Texas Caviar Recipe:

2 ears of cooked corn
2 cans Black-Eyed Peas (rinsed & drained)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed & drained)
1 bottle Italian Dressing (add till tastes good)
1 bunch fresh Cilantro chopped
1 bunch fresh Green Onion chopped
1/2 small Red Onion chopped
1 Green or Red Bell Pepper chopped
2 Avocados diced (add just before serving)
1 bunch grape tomatoes halved
2 Jalapeno peppers (seeded & diced)
1/2 tsp ground Corriander
1 bag Corn or Tortilla chips
