Playing With Energy - Episode 4 (2023)

“The secret of genius is to carry the spirit of the child into old age.” -Aldous Huxley

I love the contrast of this beautiful quote from Huxley, juxtaposed to his dystopian ‘Brave New World’ book that made him famous.

All we have to do is observe the purity and imagination of children to remember and recapture our own genius that many adults have lost along the way.

It was a joy to use old footage of me as a 4-year-old girl playing outdoors in my swimsuit on my big wheel, and footage from my niece and nephews this fall.

Aldous Huxley finishes episode 4 with another inspirational quote:

“There is only one corner of the Universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self.”
