So, I was contacted by Sarki, a company who makes various types of small appliances. They asked me if I'd be willing to do a couple of product reviews for them. I put the unit through its paces, and I'm pretty impressed with the unit. The price is a bit steep, but if you're going to use it, spend the extra money and get something like this that's going to work for what you need it to do, and will last.
