Your abortion doesn’t help kids in adoption or foster care.

Pro-aborts use the adoption and foster care systems (which they constantly confuse and also use interchangeably) as a cudgel for their own selfish aims. How exactly does abortion help kids in these systems? It doesn’t. Kids are in these systems largely BECAUSE we view children as a commodity, as “something” we as adults have the “right” to have or to not have at will; because we believe we as adults have a “right” to intercourse without consequences; and because people aren’t intentional around the act of intercourse. Ergo, we have so many kids in adoption and foster care systems FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON we have so many abortions. So if you’re pro-abortion, please don’t imagine you have the moral high-ground here, or that you care about anyone besides yourself.
It’s easy to point the finger at pro-lifers and ask “how many kids have you adopted?” but the exact same question could be turned around on you. But because you’re pro-abortion, you get a free pass right? Where you demand others help materially and tangibly, you get to hide behind the idea that you’re “helping” or doing some moral good merely by having the “right opinion.”
