Take oats, cocoa and bananas, make this dessert for Christmas🎄! Gluten free, NO sugar, No butter!
A dessert with few ingredients in 10 minutes! Eat gluten-free, sugar-free and enjoy this amazing dessert! I love oats recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel. This chocolate and banana muffins can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

120 g rolled oats(1 1/2 cup)
250 ml hot milk(use your favorite) 1 cup
leave to soak 10 minutes
2 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs / or vegan substitute
4 tablespoons cocoa/ carob powder(45 g)
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
40 g nuts (1/3 cup)
bake for 40 minutes at 180°C /360°F

75 g dark chocolate(2.65 oz)
40 ml hot milk(use your favorite) 3 tbsp
