Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup(100 g) rolled oats
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/4 cup(20 g) protein powder(optional)
a few slices of banana
50 g(1.75 oz) sugar free dark chocolate
refrigerate for 20 minutes
