2 large ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup(60 ml) maple syrup
1/4 cup(60 g) almond or peanut butter
1 1/2 cup(150 g) rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
cinnamon
a pinch of salt
chopped nuts for decoration
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F

1/2 cup(50 g) rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
1 medium egg/ or vegan substitute
2-3 tablespoons yogurt
1 medium/small apple
1/4 cup(20 g) walnuts
bake 18-20 minutes at 170°C/340°F
