20 years ago, Chad's Brother Evan gave him a book of daily meditations, that starts the first Sunday of Advent.

Then, two years ago we had this wonderful conversation with Cyprian (Vin Armani) about Joseph Campbell and the archetypes of the hero's journey.

One of the main takeaways from that interview was to begin a routine of daily prayer as the sun came up, and as the sun went down.
