How I like to make Grilled Cheese.

Fresh bread with 1 or 2 types of strong, melty cheese.
I grate the cheese whenever I can. I throw it on a nonstick pan
with some butter, and I top it off with the extra cheese
(if I'm definitely on a good nonstick). I flip it until it's the color I like.
I cut it in half and I crunch into it.
