Pet Dogs abandoned by their owners.😢 😣👎

Its shocking as to how some people would abandon their pets as seen in the footage.
It made me cry seeing those pets confused and wandering what was happening as their owners drove off.😢
Surely there are places to be places were people can hand in pets they can no longer look after.
