Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup(120 g) rolled oats
1 cup(250 ml) hot milk/ plant "milk"
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
1 medium banana
100 g(3.5 oz) pumpkin
2 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup(40 g) walnuts
bake 45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
70 g(2.5 oz) dark chocolate(without added sugar
3 tbsp(40 ml) hot milk/ plant "milk"
coconut flakes for decoration
