Tuesday Talk | My Big Personal News! | Working on Better SLEEP to Reduce Stress

Ways I personally work on my sleep:
1. Get outside before 9am each morning to look towards the sun and then again each evening
2. Shift your eating earlier in the day, end eating for the day as early as possible

4. Try 1 tbsp butter before going to bed. I do this even when intermittent fasting, it will not affect your fast
