ILLEGAL ICONIC Los Angeles 🇺🇸 Hot Dog {DANGER DOGG}

The semi-illegal version of the Los Angeles iconic street hot dog known by any Angelino and has been criticized by the authorities as unsafe, with stands frequently raided by police and the health department. The "Danger Dogg" roots it's origins back to Tijuana, Mexico and is found just about any were in LA if your keeping an eye out for it. The pork weenie that is grilled and not steamed is wrapped in sizzling bacon and joined with caramelizing onions. Each is topped with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and a whole green poblano chile pepper or jalapeno (try putting mayo on a hot dog in New York or Chicago and you'll probably be asked to leave the city). You can also find unique vendors who add their own toppings ranging from cheese, guacamole to even cucumbers or crushed potato chips. If your in Los Angeles it's a must do for any foodie on the go.
