This shows how NYPD acts when they think no when is looking. It's important to get this out to the public. Everyone needs to see this. That is like a rooming, or a boarding house for ppl with special needs or disabilities I'm pretty sure. The cops call it a "nut house" in other videos. And if they know thats the case, they definitely shouldn't be acting like this. They should have never entered his room they had no right to do that. And then, when he got upset over that, they said they needed to have him checked out by medical. All the information is in the video.
