Carnivore Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites | Starbucks Egg Bites Without a Sous Vide!

For this recipes I used:
3 eggs, 1/2 c cottage cheese, 2 oz Swiss Gruyere, shredded, pinch salt, 2 slices crisp bacon chopped for the topping.
Air Fryer: Fill pan 1/3 way with very hot water, bake egg bites at 300 for 30 minutes.
Oven: Fill a baking pan 1/2 way with hot water, place muffin tin in pan and back at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
