Action Radio: Texas, Finally, is Saving Their State from Brandon's Illegals!

The States have always had the power to protect their own borders. That is why the States are like independent countries, brought into an association of "These United States."

The 14th Amendment clearly declares that citizens of the United States are also citizens of the State in which they reside. As citizens of a State, that State has the jurisdiction to protect them from foreign invasion. Also people who are not citizens of the United States are also NOT citizens of the State in which they are illegally present, and therefore have no rights or protections, because you can not have rights in a place you can not be in.

Citizens of Texas, and every State really, should take our two bills on civil asset forfeiture to their State Legislature and Congress, so that state and local law enforcement, and the feds when Trump is back, can seize all the assets of illegals here in the US. Hey hey, bye bye!!!
