Psychotic Tracy Jungman, Coercion is Not Consent!

When Tracy tells the jury that Levi and Marissa consented to everything she did to Cyrus, it shows that she is psychotic. The message was clear: Do whatever we say or we will have CPS take Baby Cyrus and give him to a stranger who will do what we say! If there was truly abuse, why were the CPS and criminal cases dropped? Cyrus was abused by the combination of people in St. Luke's, Meridian, Police, Ada Courts, Ada Prosecutors, FBI, etc, who all got paid directly or indirectly by tax money for their work in kidnapping and trafficking Cyrus. Cyrus is doing much better since his parents got him back.
