The perfect egg sandwich that we love to have in the morning while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and having a strong coffee.
Quick sandwich and very healthy.

Ingredients:
Two Slices of Toast
A few slices of Tomato
1/2 a Fresh Pepper
2 Eggs
3 tbs of milk
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
2 Pinches of Salt
1 Pinch of Oregano
Some Vegetable Oil
Some Mozzarella Cheese or Parmesan Cheese or Feta cheese
Mayo on toast
