After years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army and the Boise Veterans Administration, Craig Smith has embarked on a new adventure as a culinary entrepreneur. In 2019, fueled by a passion for cooking and a desire to share his love for flavors, Smith founded the Idaho Spice Company. Smith's vision is to establish the Idaho Spice Company as the Treasure Valley's go-to destination for hard-to-find ingredients.
