I was originally planning to have this chat at the end of the recent High-Bar Squats vid, as this was filmed at the end of that session. However, I decided to not make that video too long, and just make it a separate video. I wanted to give another update on my body composition, as I am even lighter, now, as well as how I am feeling with the current trajectory of my training, and my plans and outlook for the future.
