Keto Chow Lemon Poppyseed Muffins without Almond Flour

My tweaks: I increased the butter to 3 tbsp and I used 2 packets (2 scoops) Lemon Merengue Keto Chow and omitted the almond flour.

The macros with my tweaks are (for 2 small muffins or 1 big muffin): 149 Calories, 3.9 Total Carbs, 1.3 Net Carbs, Protein: 12.3 G, Fat: 10.1 g
