Lemon Danishes:
I used my BBBE bread recipe as the Danish batter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz7gh3m33t8

I baked the dough at 325 for 15 min, then put in the filling. You can either leave the danishes covered or uncovered with more batter, either way bake for another 15 minutes.

They do firm up better in the fridge!
