Today I make 2 types of sous vide egg bites that are suitable for the PSMF diet. So much cheaper than Starbucks and so easy to make!
You can tweak them to your tastes using sausage, ham or pepperoni and change up the herbs and seasonings.
The sweet egg white bites are velvety smooth and can be a dessert on PSMF days!
I am experimenting with my sous vide machine to help me eat lean protein meals as I try to stay more Ketovore and Carnivore this month.

Small sous vide egg bites can be cooked at 172 for 1 hour, while the taller jars that I used should be cooked at 172 for 1.25 - 1.5 hours.

To prevent crystallization after the sweet egg bites sit in the fridge, use either a liquid sweetener (like in the Skinny Syrup) and/or an allulose sweetener (like the brown sugar allulose)
