Pacific Foam Lichen

Pacific Foam Lichen (Stereocaulon intermedium) can be found growing in exposed areas with rocky soil from low to middle elevations. Pacific Foam Lichen belongs to the Stereocaulaceae Family which are often called "Snow Lichens" and can be found throughout the Pacific Northwest in coastal areas.
