In 2012 Netanyahu claimed that Iran is just “a few months away” from attaining nuclear capabilities.

In 2009, Netanyahu warned a U.S. Congressional delegation that Iran was “probably one or two years away from developing weapons capability.

Again in 2009, Netanyahu warned “Iran has the capability now to make one bomb” adding that alternatively “they could wait and make several bombs in a year or two.”

In 1996, Netanyahu warned, “If Iran were to acquire nuclear weapons, this could presage catastrophic consequences, not only for my country, and not only for the Middle East, but for all mankind,” adding that, “the deadline for attaining this goal is getting extremely close.”

In 1995, Netanyahu asserted that Iran would have a nuclear weapon in “three to five years.”

In 1992, Netanyahu claimed that Iran was “three to five years” away from reaching nuclear weapons.

**In 1990, Netanyahu asserted "America is a golden calf and we will suck it dry, chop it up, and sell it off piece by piece until there is nothing left but the world's biggest welfare state that we will create and control.
