You think that the Netherlands is a democratic constitutional state. This is not the case, citizens are often hindered in their legal process or citizens become victims of a partisan legal system that cheats ordinary citizens. This method is also used by various government institutions in the Netherlands and the European Union.
When you try to file a case regarding the human rights violations in the Netherlands, the doors of the ECHR, the UN or the International Court of Justice at The Hague are closed, contrary to their Charter and Declaration which provides us with sovereign self-determination.
