Tobit 12:8-9
➳ It is better to give alms than to lay up gold: For alms doth deliver from death, and shall purge away all sin. Those that exercise alms and righteousness shall be filled with life.

1 Corinthians 9:14
➳ The Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel. In the same way, the Lord ordered that those who preach the Good News should be supported by those who benefit from it.
