Sgt. Harkness Transmission At 12:48 Overdubbed On DPD Radio Recording

I have covered this material before, but it needs a little more focused attention. A Sgt. Harkness transmission was partially written over, according to one transcript, the one I've been calling the "Warner Transcript." It might not really be by Warner, but it does seem to be the very first transcript made, made before all the ducks were put in a row, and therefore revealing of shit.
