Equal Justice Fact or Fantasy

This presentation provides a history of how the concept of equal justice developed and how the founders incorporated the concept into the founding documents of America. It also provides evidence of the corruption of the current American justice system. Recently, the concept of equal justice has been abused by unscrupulous politicians. The unequal treatment of alleged perpetrators of crimes is leading people to question whether the concept of equal justice has deteriorated into a two-tiered system sympathizing with liberals and persecuting conservatives. The presentation investigates multiple examples of a disintegrating justice system and introduces evidence of how it has been used to persecute the political opponents of the liberal elites.
