I’ve been deeply focused on a project these past few weeks - spending hours at my desk doing nothing else. I haven’t put up the Christmas tree or wrapped a single gift. This project is a bucket list item that will ultimately fill me with love and joy - but at the moment, it’s just a lot of hard work. Today’s card is a good reminder that we need balance in all things. I need to recalibrate my energy and make space for some things that fill me with love and joy now - not in the future.
