Combat work of the Akatsiya self-propelled gun crews of the Vostok group of troops

Crews of the Akatsiya self-propelled gun assist in the advancement of assault units in the South Donetsk direction. Artillerymen destroy armoured vehicles and fortified areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the border of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Zaporozhye region, paving the way forward for the assault units of our troops in the South Donetsk direction of the special military operation. The fire of divisional self-propelled howitzers is adjusted in real time using unmanned aerial vehicles.

After receiving the coordinates of a new target, it takes no more than 2-3 minutes to prepare to open fire. As a result of the strike, another stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located deep behind enemy lines, was hit. The maximum firing range of the Akatsiya self-propelled gun, designed to destroy artillery batteries, destroy defensive structures, suppress command posts, destroy enemy personnel, fire weapons, weapons and military equipment, is over 17 kilometres.

Considering the danger from the air from enemy drones and the possibility of falling under return fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ artillery, the crew of the Akatsiya self-propelled gun, after delivering a strike, leaves the firing position in a matter of minutes in order to deliver another strike on the enemy at newly identified targets.
