Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup(130 g) rolled oats
~3/4 cup(200 ml) hot water
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
~1/3 cup(100 g) greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium apple
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup(75 g) blueberries
bake for 50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
