African Americans, Let's Talk 4

Being reactive, as opposed to proactive, is the great human failure. It is this inability to look past the next five minutes that keeps individuals, families, communities, and countries from being their best. In the case of African-Americans, this shortsightedness will lead to a terrible social demise if something is not done right now.
