Unique effected bass guitar riff

I grew up in the late 80’s and mid 90’s, alternative music from Britain/overseas was big, I loved vans like Ned’s atomic dustbin, ocean, color, scene, and the Catherine wheel.
I played in a couple vans and went to school for live sound and music production but that was many years ago, I’ve just recently started getting back into Jamm’n again.
