Mankind is hated by satan, he uses man - he deceives and his main goal is for you to be in hell with him. And if he lose that battle, he wants to disrupt your life as a believer. Look at satan’s hatred for Jesus as given in Rev. Chapter 12: 1-17. This chapter is not telling us to look at the stars for a sign for the Rapture, but rather it is a history of the nation of Israel. And furthermore it is in context of scripture with the end of the tribulation and the middle of the tribulation, which is after the rapture
