Your rights as a homeowner?

On November 30, 2023 I was getting up to get a piece of fruit when I saw a group of intruders on my lawn. I took extensive footage of their trespassing on my lawn. They were trimming trees away away from the wires, but had no business trampling all over my bushes and lawn. I tried to get help from the State Police-- who gave me the runaround routine. I tried calling the Livingston county clerk, but they were likewise unwilling to help. I told her to go finish her coffee break and I hung up. We are told that we have rights as homeowners. So goes that myth.
