Jessy Kurczewski Update

Jessy Kurczewski was supposed to be sentenced last week, but both her attorneys filed motions to be dismissed as her representation. Judge Dorow will address their motions, and then we will hear from Jessy as she addresses Judge Dorow and the allegations she made against her attorneys, hence their withdrawal motions.

Jessy was convicted in November 2023 of causing her friend Lynn Hernan's death by dosing her with tetrahydrozoline, an ingredient found in Visine. She was also found guilty of stealing money from Lynn.
