Too Much Time on My Hands - 1Timothy 5

In 1 Timothy 5, Paul makes a distinction as to which widows should be financially supported by the church. But he goes even further encouraging younger widows to remarry, otherwise they could become idlers, gossips, and busybodies! Do Paul's words to the young women of his time have any relevance for us today?
