Serious Question... Will America Be Destroyed From the Inside?

If the United States is to be destroyed, where will the threat come from? In 1837, Daniel Webster wrote:

“I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe… Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger.”

How do we force governments to stop supporting collectivism and start honoring their oath of office to support the Constitution? How do we educate the people in the spirit of real patriotism?
