Potiphar’s wife was trying to make Joseph spend time with her, but Joseph ran out of the house and left his cloak behind! Potiphar’s wife was angry and then tried to get Joseph in trouble! She told everyone that Joseph was trying to be mean and that she was innocent! She lied! Today let’s read Genesis 39:13-15 and Zechariah 8:16. Then tell your Tiny Arrows that even though Potiphar’s wife lied, we should always speak the truth! Then encourage them to memorize Zechariah 8:16!

When she saw that he had left his cloak in her hand and had run out of the house, she called her household servants. “Look,” she said to them, “this Hebrew has been brought us to make sport of us! He came in here to sleep with me, but I screamed. When he heard me scream for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house.
