'ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL'

Binigyang-diin muli ni dating Presidential Legal Counsel Atty. Salvador Panelo na mali ang resolusyon ni Atty. Margarita Nograles na ipasara ang SMNI hanggang nagpapatuloy ang imbestigasyon sa network.

"You have to prove na may violation before any sanction can be made. Hindi po pupwede i-stop ninyo ‘yung operation sapagkat ‘yun ay paglabag sa constitutional due process of law...that would be illegal and unconstitutional", aniya.
