The radio tower in Lavender Town isn't working either (even though you can still hear music on people's radios for some odd reason) and I go through the Rock Tunnel to make my way over to the Power Plant, where I learn that some thief has stolen the fuse to generate electricity.

Normally, I would post a link to where I got the game ROM, but I'm going to keep it secret, because I don't want the Nintendo ninjas to kill that website like they did with Emu Paradise. Sorry to say, but you're going to have to find a emulator ROM site on you own.
